Qigong is the practice of developing your awareness of and use of Chi. Tai Chi is a form of Qigong that can be translated as "the Grand Ultimate". Chi is a formless, conscious substance which is the basis of everything in existence. Chi cannot be verified by the science of matter, but can be easily felt and used with practice. There are medical hospitals in China solely dedicated to treatment by Qigong. We will be teaching this method of Qigong which is called ChiLel Qigong, along with other practices and forms.
The practice of learning Qigong is the development of becoming aware of the feeling of Chi, the center of your Self, and the interaction of that center and the Universe by using the Chi flow. It is a long term practice that has many beneficial effects. Qigong is helpful for all physical problems, for stress management, for finding your true center, for spiritual alignment. It is a very soft and gentle form of movement that basically is meditation, a moving meditation. The practice develops a body that is supple, and is able to move with grace and fluidity.
